Return & Refund Policy

At Avrisse, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, unwanted items, or personal preference after the order has been delivered.

All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at anaskhwaja616@gmail.com.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item

  • A short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, sleepwear, intimate apparel, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved due to a confirmed defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
